Key Responsibilities:Define architecture for microservices and event-driven systemsLead design using BCD, sequence, activity, state, ER, and DFD diagramsDrive cloud-native development (Azure/AWS/GCP) and integration patterns (APIs, messaging, event streaming) - Preferably Azure Tech Stack ExpOwn end-to-end delivery (design to production support)Define and track engineering KPIs, SLAs, and maturity modelsEnsure 24/7 reliability, security (SSO/MFA), and complianceDrive DevOps, CI/CD, SRE, and DevSecOps practicesLead and mentor onshore/offshore teams and manage stakeholdersEnable adoption of AI/ML and GenAI use casesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field12–15+ years of experience in software engineering; 5+ years in leadership rolesStrong expertise in.NET/.NET Core, C#Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and services (compute, storage, serverless, monitoring)Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and integration patternsExperience with SQL and NoSQL databasesExperience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and system designPreferred:Experience with Python, Java, Node.js, or GoExposure to AI/ML and GenAIFamiliarity with Agile (SAFe), DevSecOps, SRE, and tools like ADO, GitHub, SonarQubeExperience in regulated environmentsWork Expectations:Aligned to US Central Time ZoneCollaboration with global teamsLimited travel (0–10%)
