Engineering ManagerFour Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for an Engineering Manager.About the Role:The Engineering Manager oversees a team of Engineering and Maintenance specialists responsible for all engineering operations for interior and exterior facilities, including plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, electrical, ground care, and parking areas.

The role also involves managing additional engineering work necessary to maintain the property in an efficient condition, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and employees. The Engineering Manager is responsible for Life/Fire safety systems, energy and sustainability initiatives, and overall facility management. In addition, this role serves as a project lead, coordinating and overseeing property-related projects to ensure all initiatives are completed efficiently and within established timelines.Qualifications and Skills:Individuals who have solid project management skills, evidence a strong work ethic, adaptability and flexibility and leadership skills.A minimum level of technical knowledge is required.
