The manager will lead a team to ensure successful project execution and collaborate with various stakeholders. A strong background in engineering and project management is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development process for wheel-end product lines, ensuring continuous improvement from concept to commercialization.Establish and track program goals, ensuring effective planning and scheduling of resources.Report on program progress, communicating risks, opportunities, and project status against milestones.Collaborate with commercial teams, customers, and industry organizations to gather input for new product/process pipelines.Manage and develop team talent using development plans and evaluation tools.QualificationsBS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical credentials. Minimum of 5 years in a technical supervisory role, with experience in creating department vision and hiring talent. 5 years of project management experience in new product/process development.
