Engineering Manager, New Product & Process DevelopmentAs the Engineering Manager – New Product & Process Development, you'll lead a team responsible for bringing new products and manufacturing processes to life—from concept through launch. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape the future of our wheel-end product lines by driving innovation, collaborating across the organization, and ensuring successful execution of new product and process initiatives.This role reports to the Director of Engineering.
