Engineering Manager, New Product & Process DevelopmentAs the Engineering Manager – New Product & Process Development, you'll lead a team responsible for bringing new products and manufacturing processes to life—from concept through launch. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape the future of our wheel-end product lines by driving innovation, collaborating across the organization, and ensuring successful execution of new product and process initiatives.This role reports to the Director of Engineering. If you enjoy leading teams, building strategy, and turning ideas into real-world results, this role offers a strong opportunity to make a lasting impact.What You'll Do:Oversee the full lifecycle of new products and processes—from concept to commercializationDrive innovation in wheel-end components and manufacturing methodsEnsure successful product launches that meet customer and business needsEstablish program goals, timelines, and resource plansTrack progress against key milestones and proactively manage risksContinuously improve the product development processPartner with commercial, operations, supply chain, and engineering teamsGather voice-of-customer (VOC) insights to shape product and process strategyEngage with customers and industry organizations (e.g., TMC, SAE)Manage, coach, and develop a team of engineersBuild team capability through development plans, skills matrices, and performance feedbackFoster a strong, collaborative, and accountable team environmentProvide clear updates on program status, risks, and opportunitiesPresent technical concepts and business cases to leadership and stakeholdersEnsure alignment across cross-functional teamsYour Role in Our ValuesAt Enpro, our values of Safety, Excellence, and Respect guide how we work, collaborate, and grow.
