Engineering Manager – High Precision ManufacturingJohnson City, Tennessee Area (Onsite) $155,000 – $165,000 Base + 20% Bonus + RelocationAbout the OpportunityWe are partnering with a growing, high-technology manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead plant-level engineering operations.This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and driving engineering excellence in a high precision, continuous process manufacturing environment, supporting both current operations and future growth initiatives.Role OverviewThe Engineering Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team across Process, Controls, Reliability, Facilities, and Maintenance Engineering, ensuring safe, efficient, and scalable production capabilities.
