Engineering ManagerThe Engineering Manager is a critical member of the site leadership team, responsible for leading the Engineering and Maintenance organization. This role owns the site capital budget and leads capital projects up to $3M, ensuring projects are designed and executed with a strong focus on safety, operability, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
