To support rapid R&D initiatives, the full-time Engineering Lab Technician will assemble and fabricate hardware prototypes, perform technical evaluations, and manage firmware deployments in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Assemble and fabricate hardware prototypes at the PCB level using advanced soldering and mechanical assembly techniques Conduct physical bring-up and QA evaluations on early-stage designs to diagnose malfunctions and optimize performance Utilize lab instrumentation for power profiling, signal verification, and system tuning while documenting technical SOPs and test records Required qualifications Practical experience in technical engineering or prototyping environments Demonstrated capability in hardware fabrication, including advanced soldering and PCB-level prototyping Technical proficiency with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and multimeters Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Experience with Linux and Python scripting for automation and data acquisition
