Engineering HR Strategy Director

Cal Poly's College of Engineering is seeking an Assistant Director of Personnel to provide strategic management of HR and Academic Personnel functions across the college, including labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Reporting to the Endowed Dean and with a dotted line to the AVP for Human Resources, the role supervises three staff and works with eleven departments to support broad personnel needs and complex faculty and staff matters.
