Job TitleThe primary purpose of this position is to perform functions as cutting, digging, grading, and rolling earth, sand, stone, and other materials and construct, maintain, and repair rigid and flexible pavements, roads, and runway, and operate boom crane(s). Will also place/remove asphalt and other materials while operating a variety of heavy and light engineering equipment.
