Engineering DirectorThe Engineering Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for engineering functions, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with organizational objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and lifecycle management of our commercial and industrial chiller and air handling unit (AHU) portfolios. As a key leader, you will set engineering strategy, drive execution across multiple teams or programs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

You will partner with executive leadership, operations, product, and commercial teams to guide innovation, resource planning, and long-term capability development.
