Engineering DirectorThe Director of Engineering will lead the design and development of next-generation MBG products while building a strong, engaged engineering team. This role is responsible for driving a focused, execution-oriented development organization that delivers high-quality boats to market on time and ready for production.Maverick Boat Group is known for building top-tier fishing boats across its portfolio of brands, including Maverick, Hewes, Pathfinder, and Cobia. This role plays a key part in continuing that standard by ensuring our products reflect both strong Engineering fundamentals and a clear understanding of how customers actually use our boats on the water.This leader will strengthen MBG's in-house product development capability, improve how engineering partners with production, and help raise the bar on product quality, performance, and execution.We are looking for someone who is not just a strong engineering leader, but someone who genuinely cares about the marine industry.
