Your key responsibilities include:Forecast and organize project design development and production deliveryCoordinate with consultants, team members and the clientAddress project following protocol and procedure in order to reach the best solutionWork with client/owner contractor relationships, budget, code and jurisdictional requirementsOffer onsite assistance in constructions observationNetwork to build relationships with new clients and return clientsYour capabilities and credentials include:The ability to work on all project sizes including large projects valued at $30MM plusStrong architecture and detailing skillsExpert in constructions administrative processesDetail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective in coordinating with contractors, architectural teams and consultantsAbility to successfully lead/organize a team of multiple disciplines and consultantsA proven track record with public speaking and networkingExcellent writing skillsAnalytical thinker with strong problem solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with familiarity of AutoCAD and RevitCurrently has or eligible for federal security clearanceAvailable for occasional travel within the USEducation and experience:Must have a degree in engineering, architecture or a related field from an accredited universityLicensed Architect10+ years of experience in Science and Technology projects including data center, mission critical and semiconductorTypical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.Pay transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
