Engineering Resource ManagerYou will work in a fast-paced environment supporting an online platform that serves 300+ sites globally, working on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing workload effectively under tight deadlines. You will be the gatekeeper and go-to for any engineering resourcing needs, as well as onboarding/training coordination and management of engineering group logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesManage coding test assessments & related communications for engineering candidatesMaintain master view of where all engineers are assigned & their skillsets across all vendors.First point of contact for engineer resourcing needs.Schedule & handle logistics around engineering related events such as front end academy sessions. Arrange onboardings for new engineers/agencies joining outside of academy scheduled sessions.Senior code reviews management Identify engineers who exceed the 24hr SLA & solve the root causeManage timelines & follow ups for high profile escalations that require faster than 24hr SLAResource management: Schedule engineering candidate interviewsManage new engineer setup access requests & assist with setup escalationsHelp new engineers find seats on their first dayMake sure all new engineers are assigned an appropriate mentorManage verification that all engineers use secured laptopsManage verification, tracking, & communication that all engineers take yearly security compliance examManage logistics around budgets, including setting up budget codes & making sure engineers are billing correctlyWho You AreYou have 2+ years professional experience in a similar roleYou are self-directed and make things happenYou enjoy solving problems and if you don't know the answer to a question, you will figure it outYou have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and excellent attention to detailYou have a positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approachYou have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a roomYou have self-awareness and a desire to continually improveSkills PreferredExperience with web development work or similar technical background / interestProject management experienceProfessional experience with E-CommerceExperience working with global teams
