Engineering College HR Lead & Talent Strategy

Cal Poly's College of Engineering seeks an Assistant Director of Personnel to lead HR and Academic Personnel functions, reporting to the Dean and AVP of Academic Personnel. You will guide labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and faculty rank processes.

You will supervise three office staff, collaborate with departments and units across the college, and drive continuous improvements in personnel systems to support the college's mission.
