Engineering Chief of Staff: Strategy & Execution

Parity seeks a Chief of Staff for Engineering to work directly with the Founder, translating vision into clear decisions and sustained momentum. You will align leaders across the company, map second- and third-order impacts, and ensure execution of Gavin Wood's priorities.
