This critical site leadership role offers a unique 50/50 blend of Maintenance & Engineering Management. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you'll lead maintenance, reliability, mechanical integrity, and a team of engineers driving process improvements, capital projects, and new product scale-ups.
