Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
- Drive quality initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent repeat issues.
- Review and monitor rotating equipment conditions.
- Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in equipment design to ensure reliability and maintainability.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering sketches.
- Create and present reports detailing maintenance activities, equipment status, shutdown planning, and cost control.
- Lead and develop technicians while holding teams accountable to performance standards.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology - equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of manufacturing industry experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills.
- Proven electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Reliability-driven mindset with emphasis on preventive maintenance and uptime improvement.
- Experience with CMMS optimization including scheduling, reporting, and workflow improvement.
- Knowledge of relevant OSHA requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
