In this role, you will interpret and apply NERC reliability standards, perform compliance assessments, and help develop mitigation plans. You will assist with audits, evidence gathering, and documentation, while partnering with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure controls are in place.
The analyst will track regulatory changes, maintain compliance tools and databases, and contribute to process improvements that enhance grid reliability, safety, and sustainability.
