With us, you will work on technologies that make a real difference to the energy transition. As part of our team, you will support the development of modern power electronics solutions for grids that remain stable even without conventional power plants.

Depending on your profile, you can work with us on:

• Grid-forming inverters: We develop benchmark models for transmission system operators (TSOs) to test and validate grid-forming control concepts.
• Multi-terminal HVDC systems: Our DC grid forming technology creates new possibilities for grid-supporting direct current transportation with multiple feed-in points.
• Wind energy & offshore regulation: Together with manufacturers and grid operators, we develop comprehensive strategies for grid-forming offshore wind farms with HVDC connections.
• Gate drivers & inverter innovations: We develop durable inverter systems, new switching methods and hardware-related control systems – including signal processing on FPGAs, control technology on microcontrollers and the construction of prototypes in the laboratory.
