Job Summary
- Run & calibrate TCAD deck for new technology/device development
- TCAD support to investigate customer issue
- Layout drawing using Laker or Cadence
- E-test structure layout and maintenance
- Device measurement and analysis
- Support technology development daily task (documentation, data evaluation, etc.)
