ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  Perform general maintenance and preventative care to ensure the hotel meets top-tier standards.

  n

• n

  Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and hotel equipment.

• n

  Keep our hotel’s exterior looking its best with seasonal upkeep.

  n

• n

  Refurbish and repair guest room furniture and fixtures as needed.

  n

• n

  Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and maintenance issues ensuring service standards are achieved.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  A self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude.

  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying temperatures, and operate heavy machinery.

  Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  Prior experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role is required.

  Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
