If you’re ready to bring your talent to a team shaping the future of entertainment, your next big move starts here - customer product demonstrations in collaboration with internal sales teams, focusing on product capabilities and dependencies, integration, and installation timelines.nResponsible for assessing customer requirements, ensuring products align with prospective customer expectations and needs.nAdvises internal sales teams on product updates and valuable features to showcase.nResponsible for ensuring smooth integration and installation of customer contracted products; ensures contract and technical requirements are in alignment.nCounsels customers in identifying how offered products can fit into their current ecosystem.nCollaborates with internal teams translating customer feedback into product insights and enhancements.nServes as the technical point of contact with customer prospects throughout the sales process.nResponsible for maintaining technical expertise on product functionality and practical applications of product offerings; participates in product test and release builds and provides feedback for designated channels.nServes as liaison between internal teams and customers throughout the installation process; supports implementations, technical trainings, solution integrations, and escalation needs.nCollaborates with internal teams in creating configuration tools.nPerforms other related duties as assigned.nnQualificationsnnBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Software Development, a technical or science related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.n2-5 years of experience designing, modifying, and developing software programming applications and frameworks.nDemonstrated proficient knowledge and understanding of the product pipeline, software tools, and processes surrounding it.nDemonstrated proficient verbal, presentation, and written language skills including ability to present technical subjects to non-technical audiences.nSolid understanding of product offerings and platforms.nExperience in a customer facing role; blend of technical savvy and sales/business acumen.nnKeys to Successnn• Building collaborative relationshipsn• Decision makingn• Drive resultsn• Foster innovationn• Personal energyn• Self-leadershipnnIGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve and to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and engaged. These factors may result in variation in starting pay. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $70,000- $75,000 USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.nBase pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
