Job Summary

This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and refine synthetic manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical ingredients. You will be responsible for executing experiments, analyzing results, and assessing process feasibility for various stages of production. A key aspect of this position is troubleshooting and providing recommendations for process improvements in a laboratory and pilot plant setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to optimize synthetic processes.
• Analyze experimental data and generate reports on process understanding.
• Assess facility requirements for process implementation.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and propose solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and regulatory submissions.

Must-Have Skills

• Academic background in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in synthetic small molecule process development.
• Proficiency in first-principle process modeling.

This role requires experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with the development and optimization of synthetic active pharmaceutical ingredients.
