Roles & Responsibilities
• Maintain and support ECH/OCH platform infrastructure.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity utilization.
• Perform infrastructure upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support release deployments and production readiness activities.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, middleware, and integration issues.
• Drive platform resiliency, scalability, and operational stability.
• Partner with application, QE, security, and operations teams to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting customer communication, notification, or messaging platforms.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and API integrations.
• Experience with enterprise security controls, vulnerability remediation, and access management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
Salary Range - $110,000-$120,000 a year
