Kohler seeks a Manufacturing & Process Engineer to drive safety, quality, and efficiency in our manufacturing operations. You will analyze and optimize production processes, apply Lean and continuous improvement methods, and lead root-cause problem solving. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll support new product introductions, equipment selection, line layout, and process documentation.
