Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PV projects from interconnection through permitting and construction.
• Manage EORs, EPCs, and other consultants to ensure all technical deliverables are completed and align with Scope of Work requirements and Best Practices.
• Write and manage Scopes of Works, participate in contract negotiations.
• Review designs, studies, and drawings for conformance with Scopes of Work, AHJ requirements, etc.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
• Support project financing due diligence.
• Provide value engineering solutions to reduce cost.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Lead conversations with Transmission Owners and ISOs to support technical requirements.
• Support construction and answer RFIs.
