Engineer

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Manufacturing process experience in cell therapy or biologics (GxP)
- Data Analysis / Process Monitoring (JMP, Python or similar statistical tools)
- Computer System Validation within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in implementing data solutions in commercial manufacturing environments
- Clear communication across all levels
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- cGMP experience
- Lean/Six Sigma certification
- Education in Immunology
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide support for data extraction and verification to enable automated tools for CPV and process monitoring
- Collaborate with site MSAT, IT, vendors, and global teams to ensure successful implementation of projects
- Gather functional requirements and architect end-to-end solutions for scaling analytical capabilities
- Support routine process monitoring to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Lead cross-functional and cross-site projects
