The Opportunity
Take charge of both physical testing and digital modeling in a cutting-edge cooling lab, guiding next-generation infrastructure from concept to client demonstration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and safety protocols for the Advanced Cooling Lab
- Design and execute rigorous physical test plans for new cooling technologies
- Lead development and calibration of digital twin models using simulation software
- Collaborate with internal teams to validate system modifications and pioneer new methodologies
- Serve as the technical expert during executive and client demos, translating complex data into actionable insights
What We're Looking For:
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Sciences, or similar
- Expert understanding of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and mechanical cooling systems
- Proficiency in advanced simulation and modeling software (MATLAB/Simulink, Cadence, etc.)
- Exceptional communicator - able to translate technical data for both technical and non-technical audiences
