Position Summary: Maintain and develop customer relationships by providing technical expertise at customer location with support to launch new products.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and organize all processes of implementing and launching new and existing Bendix products.
- Maintain Bendix's product and brand image by maintaining relationships with existing customers and by developing new customer relationships
- Lead technical training for the customer on all Bendix products.
- Provide vehicle system technical support and customer feedback to Bendix product development teams.
- Manage and provide technical expertise to the customer related to all Bendix and KB products including specifications, applications, system integration, competitive differences, etc.
Knowledge:
- Strong engineering skills and abilities and/or has an area of special expertise.
- Well versed customer processes and products.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team in a dynamic working environment including international team members.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize complex technical projects.
- Well versed in engineering process.
- Strong knowledge of the operation, design, and application of Bendix and Knorr-Bremse products.
- Strong understanding of all areas in the transportation industry including Suppliers, OE, Fleets, Original Equipment Service (OES).
- Awareness of Communication Networks and CAN architecture.
Experience:
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience preferably in driver assistance, vehicle dynamics, or vehicles controls engineering.
- Hands on mechanical, electrical, automotive experience.
- Experience in the heavy-duty truck, bus and/or automotive market is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to design, test or product engineering experience with Bendix core products.
- Commercial Driver License (CDL) or willingness & capability to obtain CDL within a year of employment.
- Experience working on-site at a customer's location a plus.

- Fluent in English; Bi-lingual a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, controls or mechanical engineering required.
Travel Requirements:
- Must be located at customer location.
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time to additional customer locations and Bendix headquarters for training and team workshops.

Anticipated salary range for candidates who will work remotely is $65,100 to $134,900 per year. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry and education.
