About the role
You'll sit on the Future Platforms team, which runs like a startup inside the company. Everyone on it does hands-on work, senior leaders included. You'll lead enterprise deployments of the newer platform products from start to finish. That means managing customer stakeholders, guiding implementation and workflow decisions, and bringing what you learn from clients back to Product and Engineering.
What you'll do
- Own complex enterprise deployments end to end
- Manage several customer stakeholder groups and keep projects on scope and on schedule
- Advise clients on implementation and workflow design
- Help build the deployment playbook for new platform products
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years as an engagement manager, deployment strategist or similar, at a technology consulting firm or an enterprise SaaS company
- Experience leading ERP implementations, technology transformations or AI product deployments with clients
- Comfortable in a hands-on individual contributor role
- A track record of promotions and steady tenure
- Nice to have: STEM degree, a top-20 school, or deployment work at a high-growth B2B startup
- Not a fit: consulting backgrounds focused on M&A, tax, audit or due diligence
Location: NYC, in office 4 to 5 days a week, plus travel 2 to 3 times a month (usually a single day)
Compensation: $160K to $200K base plus equity and full benefits
