Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic engagements across Commercial Banking
- Partner with business leaders to identify and advance strategic priorities
- Manage and lead multiple concurrent engagements
- Author executive management presentations
- Facilitate alignment across functions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Contribute to the development of Commercial Priority Initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience including investment banking business strategy and management consulting
- 1+ years experience as an engagement manager/project leader
- Strong analytical skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to work with ambiguity
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
