We’re partnering with a venture-backed technology company that helps large enterprises detect sophisticated fraud using open-source intelligence, network analysis, and machine learning.
The company is hiring its first Engagement Director – Intelligence to build and lead the intelligence function while serving as the trusted, client-facing leader for enterprise insurance customers.
What You’ll Do
- Own senior relationships with enterprise clients
- Lead high-stakes intelligence engagements and investigations
- Translate complex findings into clear business, litigation, and investigative outcomes
- Build and scale the intelligence team
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to turn investigative workflows into scalable product capabilities
- Represent the company’s intelligence expertise with customers, executives, and investors
What We’re Looking For
The strongest candidates will combine client-facing commercial experience, analytical horsepower, and a track record of exceptional achievement.
We’re especially interested in candidates with:
- Experience owning enterprise client relationships in management consulting, banking, technology, intelligence, or a similar high-trust environment
- A résumé that signals elite performance, such as a top-tier academic background, distinguished military or federal service, or success at a highly selective employer
- A demonstrated ability to build functions, teams, or capabilities from the ground up
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills
- The executive presence to earn credibility with senior customers
- The willingness to remain hands-on while building the organization
- Intelligence, OSINT, fraud, financial crimes, military intelligence, or investigative experience
Ideal profiles may include former intelligence professionals now working in consulting, banking, or technology; engagement managers from top consulting firms; client-coverage bankers; military intelligence officers; federal investigators; or leaders with fraud, trust and safety, entity-resolution, or network-analysis experience.
