Energy Projects Transactions Associate Attorney

Ashurst Perkins Coie in Anchorage is looking for highly motivated mid-level associates for their Projects, Energy, Environment & Resources Practice Group. This role involves negotiating power agreements, advising on market design, and representing clients before regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of energy law experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and the ability to draft contracts.

The compensation ranges from $190,000 to $390,000 annually, along with various benefits including medical insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid holidays.
