You will analyze utility and building performance data, scope ECMs for HVAC, lighting, and controls, prepare savings and financial models, and build compelling proposals. Partner with sales, engineering, and operations teams to qualify opportunities, support site audits, and manage pre-construction deliverables.
This role helps clients reduce energy costs, improve sustainability, and modernize facilities while supporting ABM’s safety- and service-focused culture.
