Key Responsibilities
- Conduct energy audits and performance assessments for commercial buildings.
- Analyze HVAC, lighting, and building systems energy consumption .
- Develop energy optimization strategies and retrofit plans .
- Work with clients to reduce energy waste and improve building efficiency.
- Prepare energy performance reports and savings verification .
Requirements
- Mechanical / Energy Engineering degree
- Experience with energy modeling tools
- Knowledge of LEED / ESG / sustainability standards
- AEE certifications like Certified Energy Manager (CEM) are highly valued.
