Supporting the marketing, structuring, and execution of energy off-take contracts, the full-time remote Energy Originator will engage in negotiating long-term clean energy Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and natural gas supply contracts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to navigate market opportunities. Key responsibilities Drive the negotiation, structuring, and execution of long-term clean energy Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and gas tolls for grid and off-grid projects Support natural gas origination initiatives by evaluating firm transportation and gas supply contracts Establish and cultivate relationships with major commodity counterparties and manage standard industry trading frameworks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field 3+ years of experience in clean energy development, commodity origination, or energy investment banking Demonstrated experience structuring and closing clean energy off-take agreements Understanding of power and natural gas markets and standard industry agreements (ISDA, NAESB) Expert proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis using Excel
