To ensure compliance with safety standards and effective management of energy isolation, the full-time Energy Marshal will oversee Hazardous Energy control, coordinate Energy Isolation activities across multiple projects, and conduct audits of safety practices while working onsite in Germany. Key responsibilities Provide oversight and control of Hazardous Energy in accordance with DIV01 standards and local legislation Plan and coordinate Energy Isolation activities for construction and commissioning across multiple campus projects Conduct regular audits of General Contractor Permit-to-Work systems and LOTO procedures for compliance with industry standards Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent approved qualifications Multi-years' experience in MV switching and DC construction and commissioning standards and practices Deep expertise in LOTO systems and energy isolation procedures Extensive knowledge of managing multiple energy sources in Data Centres Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written
