Energy Efficiency Field Lead

Job Overview

Location: Lakewood, New Jersey. We are looking for a Crew Supervisor who will oversee a crew of Energy Technicians and support our weatherization program for multiple utilities across New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and motivate a crew of Energy Technicians.
• Act as the local on‑site program and company representative to customers and contractors, encouraging participation and overcoming barriers.
• Conduct installations of residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend solutions.
• Record inspection results, document customer and contractor interactions, and adhere to program requirements.
• Provide input and status updates to program staff while troubleshooting technical problems.

Education and Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience (preferred).
• BPI Certification is a plus.

Compensation

$32.00 – $35.00 per hour.

DOT Requirements

If applicable, the candidate must meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
