The position combines data analysis, reporting, customer support, and technical rebate processing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is analytical, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Account SupportPartner with Account Managers to deliver high-quality service to enterprise clientsManage action items and input project data into tracking systemsOrganize and maintain project documentation (construction drawings, utility bills, invoices, audits)Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and emailSupport ongoing client initiatives through administrative and operational tasksData Analysis & ReportingPerform data manipulation and analysis using Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced required)Generate customized reports using enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft, Passport, and reporting toolsAnalyze data to support operational decisions and energy efficiency initiativesTechnical Energy Efficiency & Rebate SupportReview project scopes (lighting, HVAC, refrigeration) for energy savings and rebate eligibilityEstimate rebates and prepare application submissions across multiple programsPerform basic energy savings and performance calculationsResearch rebate programs, eligibility requirements, and guidelines across North AmericaCollaborate with project teams to develop rebate strategies for multi-site initiativesProcess ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in rebate and reporting workflowsSupport process optimization efforts to improve accuracy, speed, and cost efficiencyContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a complex operational environmentRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or administrative supportStrong Microsoft Excel skills (data manipulation, reporting, analysis)Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Passport, reporting tools)Excellent communication and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in energy, utilities, or power delivery environmentsUnderstanding of energy efficiency concepts and equipment (HVAC, lighting, refrigeration)Experience supporting rebate programs or sustainability initiativesFamiliarity with reporting tools (e.g., Impromptu)Work EnvironmentFull-time position based in Center City PhiladelphiaPotential for hybrid work at manager discretionCollaborative, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
