This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Energy Technical Consulting Services Functional Area - Energy Technical Consulting Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.Job OverviewProvide services and support as an Energy Technical Consulting (Energy Data Analyst) in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector focusing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as the Department of Energy (DOE | OP). Generally located in CONUS - Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.Responsibilities and DutiesConduct analysis of energy consumption, production, and trends to support policy development. Align with Energy Technical Consulting Services Functional Area initiatives as a Data Analyst that analyzes energy consumption, production, and trends, and develops predictive models for policy and decision-making. Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting And Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis And Convening, as well as Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services and support for the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP). These services enable mission objectives involved with renewable energy, fossil fuels, nuclear energy, hydrogen, biofuels, carbon capture, energy storage, grid modernization, energy efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure technologies.Data Analyst is responsible for key functions such as developing analyses, supporting initiatives, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

The role of Data Analyst involves supporting DOE initiatives with analysis, collaboration, and strategic implementation.
