The practice focuses on upstream, midstream, and renewable mergers and acquisitions, energy agreements and contracts and other general corporate matters.This position is for a small, close-knit team and will entail strong responsibility and a hands-on practice. Compensation is strong at this top caliber law firm. Strong academic credentials are required. Relocating lawyers with Texas connections are welcome as our attorneys from an in-house setting.Compensation is $220,000 to $280,000 plus bonuses. This position is located in Houston, Texas (77002).
