Energy And Infrastructure Projects Associate Attorney / CounselDirect Counsel is representing a premier global law firm seeking a mid-to-senior level associate or counsel to join its highly regarded energy and infrastructure projects group. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and international energy and infrastructure transactions alongside a market-leading team advising sponsors, developers, lenders, investors, and strategic parties across the sector.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of law firm experience with strong financing capabilities and significant exposure to energy and infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on complex energy and infrastructure transactions across a broad range of industriesStructure, negotiate, and document debt financings and tax equity financingsSupport mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and project development transactionsWork on renewable energy, conventional energy, and infrastructure projectsCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams on sophisticated cross-border mattersManage transaction components and maintain direct client interactionQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of law firm experience in energy, infrastructure, project finance, or related transactional mattersStrong financing experience requiredExperience with debt financings, tax equity financings, M&A, joint ventures, and project development transactions preferredExcellent drafting, analytical, and communication skillsStrong academic credentialsDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environmentAdmission to the applicable state or provincial bar, or eligibility to waive inWhy ApplyThis is an opportunity to join one of the leading energy and infrastructure projects practices in the market, handling high-profile and innovative transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
