- Engage in structuring and negotiating energy project offtake transactions.
- Maintain daily direct contact with clients, partners, and counterparty counsel.
Requirements
- 3rd to 7th year associate with a transactional focus in the energy sector.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Interest in developing long-term mastery in energy project transactions.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
