Duties
- Advise clients on complex financing transactions.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of relevant law firm experience.
- Strong background in financing, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Proven ability to manage complex legal transactions.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
