Supporting residential customers through energy-efficiency projects, the full-time remote Energy Advisor will guide homeowners and contractors from initial eligibility to project completion, ensuring accurate processing of paperwork and incentives. Key responsibilities Provide ongoing support to property owners and contractors via phone and email to facilitate project conversion and compliance Troubleshoot questions and guide customers on program requirements while managing a high volume of interactions independently Complete rebate processing, calculations, data entry, and documentation review with attention to detail Required qualifications 0-1 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or high-volume communication Proficiency in navigating computer systems, including Microsoft Office Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Genuine interest in energy efficiency and sustainability Detail-oriented to resolve rebate and calculation issues
