Seeking BE/BC Endovascular Neurosurgeon to join a leading integrated health system in Hartford, Connecticut. This is an opportunity to play a key role in expanding a growing endovascular neurosurgery service while practicing within one of the region's largest integrated health systems. With a balanced mix of endovascular and general neurosurgery, access to advanced technology, and academic opportunities through UCONN, this position offers clinical variety, leadership potential, and long-term professional growth.
Opportunity Highlights
- Join an established neuroscience program at a Level I Trauma Center and major teaching hospital
- Help grow an expanding Endovascular Neurosurgery and thrombectomy program
- Practice at a Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center certified by The Joint Commission
- Balance endovascular procedures with general neurosurgery responsibilities
- Work alongside four neurosurgeons, three stroke-trained neurologists, and dedicated advanced practice provider support
- Utilize newly upgraded Siemens biplane imaging technology in the operating room
- Enjoy a schedule of 3-4 clinic days and 1-2 procedural days weekly
- Participate in a manageable 1:4 neurosurgery call rotation
- Epic EMR
- Receive a faculty appointment opportunity with UCONN
- Base salary of $871K for new graduates and increases with experience plus wRVUs, signing bonus, and relocation
