Endoscopy Technician - GI -Days

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $20.69 - $30.00, based on experience and expertise.

Location & Hours

Endoscopy Technician I – Arlington Heights. Full-time, 7am to 5pm Monday‑Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Job Summary

The Endoscopy Technician I reports to the Endoscopy Manager and assists physicians in performing general endoscopy procedures by providing equipment, specimen handling, and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Set up the procedure room prior to each endoscopy.
• Assist with specimen handling and equipment management.
• Clean up the room after procedures.
• Work under the direction of the MD or RN.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum six months experience in a patient‑care setting.
• Preferred: CNA, EMT, MA, Surgical Tech or current enrollment in an accredited Nursing program.
