Job Description
Disinfects, cleans, sorts, sterilizes, assembles, labels and stores instruments used for endoscopic procedures.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand instructions and keep records.
- Incumbent will be required to attain BLS at within 3 months of employment.
- NA I certification and listed on the NC registry in good standing.
Preferred: Knowledge of endoscopy procedures, techniques and equipment.
Experience
No previous experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of the job within 6 months.
