Position: Endoscopy Technician

Schedule: 40 Hours (7am-3:30pm), On-Call Required
Position Summary
The Endoscopy Technician acts as the primary assistant at the field, assisting the Endoscopist performing the endoscopy procedure on patients of all ages.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Provides care that addresses the specific needs of age groups from infant to elderly.
- Customizes to a variety of needs specific to impairments, such as hearing, sight, substance abuse, non-English speaking, and potential victims of abuse.
- Incorporates knowledge and understanding of our commitment to patient rights, our value statement, mission statement, code of ethics, and patient responsibilities into the performance of job responsibilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications: BLS
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge + Skills: Must have working knowledge with scopes in the upper and lower GI tract and experience working with GI Physicians. Exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to perform as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, instilling a positive cohesive spirit to ensure customer satisfaction.
Compensation Range
$19.66 - $29.22 per hour. This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. Our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive and considers education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
