Position Overview
- Assist physicians and nurses during endoscopy procedures
- Prepare procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize endoscopy equipment per facility protocol
- Monitor patient status and assist with positioning and transport
- Maintain accurate documentation and supply inventory
- Follow infection control, safety, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an Endoscopy Tech program or relevant clinical experience preferred
- Active BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent Endoscopy or GI lab experience preferred
- Knowledge of endoscope reprocessing and sterile technique
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
